Tenant Pre-selection

Visit Management
We coordinate and conduct all viewings with potential tenants, saving you time and filtering serious candidates.
Documentation Review
We collect and verify all required tenant documents — payslips, ID, employment contracts — before any commitment is made.
Pricing Strategy
We set the optimal rental price based on market data, legal limits and your property's conditions — updated annually as regulations evolve.
Contract & Deposits
We draft legally compliant rental contracts and manage fianzas (deposits). For new builds, we open the contract; between tenants, we update it.
Rental Collection
We ensure timely rent payment every month. We act as the payment guarantor and follow up on any delays immediately.
Tenant 1st Contact
We are the primary point of contact for your tenant — handling all queries, requests and day-to-day communication so you don't have to.
Maintenance
We coordinate professional repairs and maintenance whenever needed, working with our trusted network of contractors.
Periodical Inspection
We carry out regular property inspections to ensure it is kept in good condition — subject to tenant access agreement.
Cleaning Between Tenants
We arrange full professional cleaning between tenancies to ensure the property is handed over in perfect condition every time.
Check-Out & Supplies
We manage the check-out process, key return and utility contract transfers — including opening new contracts or updating names between tenants.
