How do I know I won't be charged without being told?
We never spend a euro on your property without your prior approval. Every repair or expense is quoted and confirmed with you first — no surprise invoices, ever.
What happens if my tenant doesn't pay?
We monitor payments closely and act immediately on any delay, managing the process on your behalf from the first missed payment through to resolution. We can also arrange non-payment insurance for your property if you'd like an extra layer of protection.
If I want to sell in the future, do I need another company?
No — property sales is part of what we do. When you're ready, the same team that already knows your property handles the sale too, so there's no need to start over with someone new.
My new-build apartment was delivered without shower screens, mirrors, light fittings or major appliances — can you take care of this?
Yes — our team of trusted professionals handles this kind of finishing work directly, and we make sure every appliance is properly installed and working correctly before the property is ready to let.
Do you arrange the utility connections (water, electricity, gas) for a new-build apartment?
Yes, as soon as we have the correct documentation from the owner. Utility connections typically take between 5–7 business days.
